Wil Wheaton linked to a
NYT article that's chock-full of links to various online forms that let you remove your contact info from telemarketing and junk mail lists. I just spent a whole five minutes blocking telemarketers from calling me and credit card and insurance companies from sending me "pre-approved" offers that I have to shred. I've done so before, but offers are starting to trickle back in and it was a nice reminder that I needed to re-register my new phone number and my married name. No more life spam!
