I've never been to Vegas; but that doesn't mean I'm not a little bit obsessed with it. It seems like almost everybody I know has been there, but I keep missing my opportunity. I missed a gathering of friends there a couple years ago, I missed the first Buffy Fic writercon… and every time I tried to get Matt to elope with me to Vegas, he just laughed like he thought I was joking or something.
ANyway. Here's a rather nifty site that posts consumer reviews of Las Vegas Casinos and hotels. Remembering all the stories I heard about the Imperial Palace after everyone got back from the Writercon, I killed about twenty minutes this afternoon reading the reviews for that place and laughing. The posters here definitely don't hold back if they hate a place.
