2.) I got my wrist brace! I've only been wearing it for an hour, and I think it's helping. It took me a while to find the right balance between tight enough to minimize movement and tight enough to turn my fingers numb, but I think I'm there. Now maybe my poor, overworked wrist will finally get a chance to heal.
